R&D Project Structuring
In order for your team to successfully execute projects, I will generate the structure needed to execute a project smoothly by helping you build a resilient, high-performing, cross-functional team. I will work with your team to create a detailed Target Product Profile that will be the guiding aspect for the development of your asset. We will work together to build development project timelines to get your product from Proof of Concept to Approval, pointing out critical path and opportunities for acceleration. Furthermore, your team and I will review risks and derive risk management strategies and contingencies to remove surprises during development. In addition, I will generate a thorough budget forecast tool to help you with your financial plan throughout the duration of the project(s).
Project Management
I will serve as your external Project leader, providing critical oversight to keep complex projects on track. I align stakeholders, manage budgets, and ensure seamless execution of your animal health R&D projects. We will spend time assuring your project team will be taken to the level of a high-performing project team which will take the project idea to product approval. I will work with your team to create a detailed Target Product Profile that will be the guiding aspect for the development of your asset. We will work together to build development project timelines, considering all regulatory requirements, to get your product to approval in the best approach possible. I will guide your team to review critical path and find opportunities for acceleration. We will review potential risks, build out and explore alternatives, as well as contingency plans for success. I will manage and track outsourced projects for you and can lead the partner/vendor selection. Whether your asset was originally targeted for the animal health world, or you want to take a human asset into animal health to maximize value, I will take your projects to success.
